For decades, Black people have been kept out of home-buying. Steps towards remedying the harm to potential homebuyers of color caused by past and current policies will be explored and we will share the lived experiences of residents and discuss how to make it right. Community leaders in partnership with Opportunity Communities, Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation, and the Massachusetts Affordable Housing Alliance (MAHA) are hosting this free event:
