Earlier this week, Governor Maura Healey sent a letter to the Chairman of the Department of Utilities, Jamie Van Nostrand, expressing dismay about the financial strain this unexpected rate hike is having on Massachusetts residents and urging the DPU to act immediately to provide rate relief to customers in this heating season.
