We have more than 2,500 people living in our portfolio of nearly 1,000 apartments. Working in close collaboration with many public and community partners, we provide a range of supports to these residents by combining financial strategies, opportunities for energy improvement, and supportive social programming. This is an essential element of CSNDC’s multi-tiered strategy for combatting homelessness and displacement.
